Fine French dining in Luang Prabang

Gaspard Artisan Cuisine is a French restaurant set in a UNESCO-classified two-storey teak house with an outside garden terrace, beside Nam Phou fountain in the heart of Luang Prabang’s old town.

Our chef creates fine recipes that celebrate the quality and flavours of French cuisine, using seasonal ingredients handpicked at the market of Luang Prabang and grown in our own organic garden. Gaspard definitely has a “je ne sais quoi”.

On the ground floor, the Indochina Parlour is a sanctuary of timeless elegance. At its heart is a stately bar where stories unfold over fine wines and crafted cocktails, while a mosaic of historical gravures lines the walls.
