Gaspard Artisan Cuisine is set in a UNESCO-classified two-storey wooden house with an outside garden terrace.
Our chef creates fine recipes that celebrate the quality and flavours of French cuisine, using seasonal ingredients handpicked at the market of Luang Prabang. Gaspard definitely has a “je ne sais quoi”.

On the ground floor, the Indochina Parlour is a sanctuary of timeless elegance. At its heart is a stately bar where stories unfold over fine wines and crafted cocktails, while a mosaic of historical gravures lines the walls.
